We were in Galway yesterday and I told ...Hi Maggie,
We were in Galway yesterday and I told everyone about How You Met Your Husband. We are having a great time!! Having some weather today so not sure if we will be able to do our hike in the Connemara Forest. But Megan will have time to update her blog! She won't let me update it for her. It is HERS. My cousin told me about the Guinness with BlackCurrant, too, so I will try it next opportunity. And because of you now I know the name, Black & Currant-thanks! Funny side note--Jack ASKS to go to "bars and get a drink" but what he wants is a Fanta and WiFi. Ummm, not sure if they eat Marmite or Bovril here. We are in IRELAND, Sillies. I did snag 2 little packets of Brown Sauce for you. Little packets, like Ketchup packets. Thought I got 3 but the 3rd one is Malt Vinegar. Saw some Brown Sauce in a store and it is so cheap they practically give it away. But while most things are smaller here (by American standards) the only bottle I saw was a Liter size. I had an image of a liter of brown sauce exploding in my suitcase so didn't pick it up for you! Will look for a smaller bottle, as well as Marmite and Bovril, whatever that is. Maybe we will bring some Black and White pudding back for you--it is good! Still on our sea glass hunt. Have about a small handful after miles of beach combing. Guess they aren't Glass-Litterers here...We will be going to a Coral Beach in a few days. Ok, Megan is stirring so I better get off her blog. Miss everyone and home but having a good time here, that's for sure!
~Jen
O'Eldredgeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06495735427034949152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2561896412644052685.post-67481854715574089402013-06-22T16:45:27.442-07:002013-06-22T16:45:27.442-07:00Yay, I think I finally worked out the comment prob...Yay, I think I finally worked out the comment problem! First of all, Megan, what a fantastic blog you've created!!! I think you've got a future in travel related media! So glad you guys are having fun, taking in every castle, golf course, beach and pub along the way! Also, soooo proud of you girls for running that soggy race (I still can't believe you delayed the start, classic)! We miss you guys terribly but the blog helps us feel like we're there too! Glad you guys are going to the Guinness Brewery, since I never made it (found a husband in Galway instead), try the Black & Currant and remember Guinness is Good For You :) Oh, and LOVE that photo of you in the castle window sill, absolutely worth framing. You haven't missed much here, except some exceptionally good weather, which we'll save for your return! Jeremy is throwing out one more plea for you to smuggle back Marmite and Bovril, and if I can't have my brown sauce, I'll take some sea glass instead!
Thanks for the great blog,
MagsAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09605242826267754660noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2561896412644052685.post-64442928646504384702013-06-22T09:39:50.229-07:002013-06-22T09:39:50.229-07:00Matt---that is Too Funny!!

My parents visited their house 20 years ago when they came to Ireland on their honeymoon, so it was fun for them to see how much it changed.

Oh, and thanks, Lori! I am glad that you like it!

By the way, Matt, you are doing a great job on your blog, too.

-MeganO'Eldredgeshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06495735427034949152noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2561896412644052685.post-22925509516103763972013-06-21T18:09:40.545-07:002013-06-21T18:09:40.545-07:00Lori...I don't suppose that you have been foll...Lori...I don't suppose that you have been following out adventures??

http://noirelandforus.blogspot.com/Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17056018062230694720noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2561896412644052685.post-1882845307693120132013-06-21T15:41:54.898-07:002013-06-21T15:41:54.898-07:00How fun!
